ABOUT ALIE LAYUS:
The self-professed audiophile has found her calling as the go-to girl for the night of your life. Born and raised all over California, Alie set her goals on Los Angeles. Once there, she fell in love with nightlife and knew that she would make it her own.
Due to her new found fascination with the intricate world of DJ’s, in 2008 Alie locked herself in her bedroom, determined to learn the craft. After cultivating her ear for music and mixing skill set, she tapped into her background in business and practiced party know-how to create her own brand and sound.
In 2009, Alie debuted and found an instant fan base! In 2010 the Palms Hotel in Las Vegas signed her on as their new resident DJ, boasting their new guest as the headliner at the resort’s various venues, including Moon, Ghostbar, Playboy Club, and of course, their massive, world famous Rain nightclub. With undeniable talent matched only by her “no bullshit” stage presence, Alie went on to perform with some of the biggest DJ’s and artists around.
In 2011, the established DJ produced her first track “End of Time” with Jon Pegnato (The LA Riots) which was picked up and released onBeatPort.com. It was soon successfully followed with a remix of “Jello” by the Far East Movement of the LA production Duo “Radio Black”. Currently working on her first EP, as well as a clothing line, and redefining her version of a “triple threat”, the model continues to break the mold to create something new.
Already having performed throughout the United States, in Los Angeles, New York, Las Vegas, Miami, San Diego, Dallas, Atlanta, Denver, Houston, San Francisco and San Jose just to name a few, Ali has also done tours across Canada, Australia, and Singapore. She is currently a resident at Tryst Nightclub in Las Vegas and is getting ready to once again tour the US.
